Very interesting, I leave her a message saying I will be gone for 1 week and this would be a good time to get her stuff out of my house, and leave a check, but what happens? I come back from the airport (thanks Anna for the ride) and her stuff is still here. OK to be honest some more is gone but how much time do you need? I think I should start charging storage fees...

And another thing, if you are going to put thing in the garbage that will start to smell common sense will dictate that you take said smelly shit out to the alley so it will be out of my house. BUT NO, let me tell you it is so much fun coming home after a week in a not very nice place (I would say hell but it is not that bad) to a kitchen that smells...

At least she did get rid of her PORN, which she was rather hypercritical over by the way...

Now I can start fixing up the house, that is what happens you pay me when you feel like it and the kitchen sink does not get fixed, the dining room ceiling (that you decided would be easier to pull the plaster down, start doing that then getting less then 1/4 of the way done and stopping) will get corrected next week when I am on vacation...

Sometimes it does not pay to be nice to people, you come to me crying about how bad your life is going, and you need a place to stay. I let you in, you get a another job (don't think about paying for anything) and what do I get in return? NOTHING... Not that I was expecting anything, but sooner or later the way you treat people will come back to bite you in the ass...

There is more that I want to put in, but all the dirty laundry does not have to come out now...
We shall see how things go, or how long I have her stuff in my house... or if I ever get paid... or she ever admits that I am a good mark and am easy to take advantage off...

You would think I would have learned by now, but no I have to think that people can change and take them at their word...
